1.2. Profile Management

1.2.1. Personal Information

To apply for any service on ADEK licensing you need to build a profile first since the profile information will be required on different stages of the application.

You can change the owner's name after you issue your first PLL license and its being approved through Coordinator. Navigate to Coordinator documentation to learn more about this.

1.2.2. Documents Management

To Apply for any service on ADEK licensing you need to attach the required documents. You can also delete documents and upload another one or download it anytime needed.

1.2.2.1. Upload New Document

You need all the requested documents to be able to apply for any license on ADEK licensing system, You can do that easily following below steps:

 

Steps

  1. Login to your ADEK account  
  2. Navigate to “MY DOCUMENTS” tab  
  3. The list of required documents will show, navigate to the document you want to upload & click on it
  4. Browse the files on your device to select the document & click “Upload

1.2.2.2. Download Document

You can keep a copy of all the documents that are uploaded to ADEK by downloading them on your machine.

 

Steps

  1. Login to your account  
  2. Navigate to “MY DOCUMENTS” tab  
  3. Click on the arrow next to the document name  
  4. From the drop-down list click “Download”  
  5. A copy of the file will be downloaded on your device

1.2.2.3. Delete Document

If the document has been changed or got updated and you need to remove the old one on ADEK you can delete and re-upload again. 

 

Steps 

  1. Login to your account  
  2. Navigate to “MY DOCUMENTS” tab  
  3. Click on the arrow next to the document name  
  4. From the drop-down list click “Delete”  
  5. A confirmation message will appear click “Yes

1.2.3. Investmentment Management

This is a preferences tab only; investor(s) can add the investments he already has (Existing Investments)or the one he is willing to open through the system (Desired Investments) so the system later will keep him posted of these preferences.

1.2.3.1. Add Existing Investment

Existing investments are the investments that the registered investor does have already, if you have a current existing investment(s) you can add it directly to build a stronger investor profile.  

 

Steps 

  1. Login to your account  
  2. Navigate to “MY INVESTMENTS” tab  
  3. Under the “Existing Investments” section click on “Add Existing Investment”  
  4. A new screen will open to add the investment information  
  5. Click “Save” and the investment will appear in Existing Investments list

1.2.3.2. Add Desired investment

Desired investments are the investments that the registered investor is willing to open, it's educational once.  

 

Steps 

  1. Login to your account  
  2. Navigate to “MY INVESTMENTS” tab  
  3. Under the “Desired Investments” section click on “Add Desired Investment”  
  4. A new screen will open to add the investment information  
  5. Click “Save” and the investment will appear in Desired Investments list
